Cancellations
Because a limited capacity has been set for this conference and certain expenses will be incurred prior to the conference, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing or by email on or before April 1, 2009. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome but notification and confirmation must been received before April 1, 2009.
Eteration a.s. reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that eteration should have to cancel eclipsIST 2009, conference attendees will be notified in writing by email, however, eteration is not responsible for any attendees' related expenses, including hotel and travel.
